Felipe Sousa-Lazaballet is a proven community leader and problem solver running to represent State House District 42.

With decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and public service, he holds a Bachelor's in Business with a Minor in Economics from St. Thomas University and an Associate’s in International Studies from Miami Dade College. As an immigrant and LGBTQ+ Floridian, Felipe brings lived experience and a career rooted in expanding opportunity, advancing inclusive policies, and delivering real results for everyday people.

His campaign is grounded in the belief that we all do better when we Thrive Together.
